My friend Ruch and a few friends/family started up Shruti on the Rocks...its a fusion of western music and indian classical. Her cousin Arun is in this group and from what I've seen/heard, he's a pretty damn good violinist. The rest of the band is really good too.

Outsmarting Simon's MySpace Page. My buddy Brian Maguire is their drummer, making him my only real rockstar friend. I'm putting their MySpace up for now because they are currently in between websites :)
